A Florida man is accused of drowning a woman while she was swimming at her home.
The 46-year-old man was arrested Sunday in Miami and charged with aggravated sexual battery.
He has since been released from jail, according to the Miami Herald.
According to court documents, the incident happened at the home of the woman on the city’s north side.
She was swimming in a pool when she slipped into the water, authorities said.
The woman was able to get out of the pool and swim to a nearby house.
She then reported the incident to police, and they responded to the home, according a police statement.
The man was later arrested on charges of sexual battery, indecent assault, battery and reckless endangerment.
He was released on bond.
